A total of 10 participants took part in the training workshop held in Turkey. Each partner organization sent 2 participants to represent their country and organisation. The duration of project was 4 days in total (excluding travel days). The event included learning the foundations of Global Education and Ancient Cultural Heritage. In addition, dissemination activities and intellectual outputs were evaluated and progress and timeline were arranged. 

There were assigned tasks for each country. The tasks are as follows.

  • Slovenia: Official Development Assistance for cultural heritage preservation and promotion, 
  • Romania: Simulation of creative teaching methods
  • Turkey: Learning of basics of the Global Education
  • Greece: Ways of education in ancient times

12.01.2022 Departure day after breakfast

Within the scope of the event, the regional secondary school Evrenosbey secondary school was invited to work and an introductory and information session was held with the teachers. Along with organizing activities on more efficient lecture techniques in the classroom, brainstorming was done on the presentation of the lessons on cultural heritage and conservation to the students in a more attractive and more interesting way for children. 

After the training activity, the participants were presented with the Europass certificate, which is recognized by the European Union Erasmus+ programs. At the same time, a certificate of participation, which has no legal basis and is a souvenir, was issued.
